Privacy

Who is responsible

LNDR UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Am Hainebuch 20, 32457 Porta Westfalica, Germany. Managing director: Leander van Diepen. Email: contact@diepen.ai.

Hosting: Vercel

Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) runs this site. When you open a page, Vercel processes your IP address and request data to deliver the page and keep it secure.

Legal basis: our interest in a safe, working site (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Transfer to the USA under standard contractual clauses.

Booking a call: Cal.com

Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA) shows the booking calendar. It loads only when you click "Book a call". When you book, Cal.com stores your name, email address and answers, and sends the invitation.

Legal basis: preparing the call you asked for (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Transfer to the USA under standard contractual clauses.

The Bottleneck Audit: Neon and Resend

When you ask for the workbook, we store your email address, the time, the form and the version of the consent text. Then we send you one email with a link to confirm your address (double opt-in).

When you confirm, we store the time and show you a personal download link. Your confirmation also means yes to an occasional email when we build something new.

Every later email has an unsubscribe link. One click on its button stops all emails.

The data sits in a database at Neon (Neon, Inc.) in Frankfurt, Germany. Resend (Resend, Inc.) sends the emails from the EU.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

Email: Google Workspace

When you write to us, your email is stored with Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited). We use it to answer you.

Legal basis: answering your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR).

Analytics and cookies: PostHog

With your yes on the cookie banner, we use PostHog (PostHog, Inc.) in its EU cloud. It shows us which pages help visitors and where they leave.

PostHog sets a cookie and local storage with a random ID for 1 year. It receives your IP address, the pages you open and your clicks. Session replay records how you use the page, with everything you type hidden.

Without your yes, PostHog does not load and nothing is stored.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG).

The cookie cookie_consent remembers your answer for 12 months. It needs no consent (§ 25 (2) TDDDG). To change your answer, click "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

After an unsubscribe, we keep only the address and the time, so we never email you again.

A confirmation link stops working after 7 days, and a download link after 24 hours.

We keep booking data and emails as long as we need them for the call, the project and our legal duties.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct, delete or limit it. You can also object and take your data with you.

You can withdraw a consent at any time. This does not change what happened before.

Write to contact@diepen.ai for any of this.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. Ours is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.
