The problem
Trade businesses work on site all day and miss calls. Requests sit in voicemail, in WhatsApp and on sticky notes.
What I built
- Calls go to an AI after a few rings. It answers in the business's name.
- It asks what the caller needs, how urgent it is and how to reach them.
- The owner gets a clear summary on WhatsApp. Then the owner decides what happens next.
- The customer gets a confirmation and reminders on WhatsApp.
