Document chaser

It requests, checks and files every client document. It also chases every missing one for you.

Demo with fictional companies.

Try it live

How it works

  1. Requests the documents

Your client gets one email with a link to a simple page for uploads and signatures.

  2. Checks each upload

It reads every file when it arrives: type, year, person, missing pages and signatures.

  3. Files it in Drive

It names each document and puts it in the client's folder. You get a short summary.

  4. Chases what's missing

The reminder names the exact document and the reason. It sends a second reminder by itself.

Outcomes

Hours a month chasing documents
12 h → 1 h
Reminders written by hand
120 → 0
Uploads checked by hand
100 % → 0 %

Numbers from the demo scenario.

The problem

Every new client means a list of documents to collect. Some arrive as photos, some are from the wrong year, and some never arrive.

Someone opens each file, checks it, renames it and puts it in the right folder. Then they write the next reminder.

That work fills hours every month and moves nothing forward.
